Assessment
We conduct basic skills testing for reading and math skills as well as aptitude and interest testing to guide you on your career path.

Classroom Training
This refers to any training normally conducted with local employers to develop customized training programs for our participants. We help provide financial assistance with services such as tuition, books, equipment, and mileage reimbursement.

Job Club
This weekly workshop helps you focus on job taining your career goals. It's a great place to network, obtain job leads, and brush up on your job search skills. A new topic each week!

Job Placement
We help you get back on your feet after a layoff in record time, with state of the art job search and placement techniques that really work!

On-the-Job Training
Employers who provide training are reimbursed for training hours worked, and we assist them in developing a customized training program for you. You earn an appropriate wage while you are learning, and have the opportunity to learn a new career. Assistance is also available for special tools, equipment, or uniforms required for on-the-job training.

Self-Assessment Workshop
This workshop further guides you in the career decision making process by providing labor market information and remedial and vocational training information.

Supportive Services
Other services available include childcare, interview clothing, out-of-area interview expenses, and credit counseling provided through one of our partners, Consumer Credit Counseling.
